Well, I don't quite know what you mean by "their own finances". Like 
their checking accounts or something? For all practical purposes, the US 
economy amounts to their own finances. They are squandering money in 
Iraq that can be better used to bail out banks, etc. That's what people 
like Soros were saying. So much for social democratic advice from one of 
the world's biggest imperialist sharks.
