I didn't speak to the failure or success of capitalism, but to the  
failure of a document intended to implement a vision of democracy (in  
the face of capitalism, to be sure, but not a document OF capitalism).

And most important in the struggle toward Democracy. That doesn't keep  
it from being flawed.

Not all of the Founders spoke for commercial interests. Sure, the  
capitalists gained a foothold, but so did Democracy. My point is that  
the democracy-ites have abandoned the struggle and the way around it  
is to have another convention with what we know now.
