Greetings Economists,
This sort of change would be the reform most practical, and most
substantive in the long run. And the source of more radical change if
the reformism can't do the job. Radical in the sense of the issue is
global not national. National programs in the U.S. tend to be
somewhat patch work. A radical program of uniting energy and
transportation would be very appealing for many countries. As well
the sense that to properly transport the suburbs are toast.
