CB: Marx's fundamental concepts on exploitation "refute" Says law.  Workers are not paid for all the value they produce...so, all that is produced can't be bought. Supply oustrips demand inherently by capitalist wage-labor. This is also the ultimate cause of crises of overproduction/underconsumption. There is always too much supply for the mass demand. Say's law is fundamentally wrong because of capitalist exploitation.
