Well, excuuuuse me, but this strikes the ol' Sandwichman as passive to
the point of inert. But I won't pretend to be surprised. Reduction of
the hours of work, once the conditio sine qua non of the workers'
movement has become the elephant in the room, about which one must not
speak.
