Yeah and on the DVD extras of "Super Size Me" Spurlock put all
different kinds of McDonalds food in jars and kept it there for a few
weeks to chart how it decomposed. While everything else broke down,
sometimes quite grossly, over the first couple of weeks, the fries,
iirc, after a good month, had changed not at all.
