I get the feeling that W (like Howard W. Campbell Jr., the "hero" of
Kurt Vonnegut's novel, MOTHER NIGHT) has been playing the role so long
that he can't escape it even if wants to. I bet that if he tried to
pronounce "nuclear" correctly, his lips would get tied in a knot.

right, this is part of what i was thinking. meanwhile, palin is correctly pronouncing ahmadinejad.
