Crazy like a fox, I'm afraid...
Calling this bailout "socialism for the rich" makes perfect sense for
someone who might be getting a little nervous about a serious discussion
about the possibility of real socialism. A preemptive strike of sorts:
"What's happening is socialism, and what's happening is bad, so socialism
is bad".
