It is hopeless arguing this. As Jenny Brown pointed out on lbo-talk,
Shane is indulging in "peevish sexism" which, to boot, is not really
very clever even as word play. Ignore him.

It is amazing how  much more willing these lists are to ignore sexism
than racism. The two (even minor expressions of either) are equally
repulsive.
