No! Am I that crazy? I will buy it in the beginning of October when it
will be low and sell it when it is high!

So far, I made more than 16% (not counting the reinvestment return of
the coupons)  over about a year and a half on my son's college fund
and his fund is in intermediate term US Treasuries. Actually they are
in a single 5-year Treasury Note, because my former wife misunderstood
me and put that money in that single note. You see, at the time my son
was just turning 13, so she thought 5 year would be a good investment
horizon. Presumably, she is a business professor, too, but she is not
a finance one, although she has degrees in economics. These economists
are crazy and we mathematicians are doing much better. But my son is
doing just fine and I am grateful to his mom for her misunderstanding.
