[Pen-l] the dark knight

I saw the new Batman film last night ("the Dark Night"). As popcorn
movies go, it's quite superior. But there's one thing I haven't seen
being reported on: the threat of the Joker to Gotham City is treated
as "terrorism" and (as on the Fox show "24"), torture is seen as an
acceptable way to deal with it.
