it is usually broken by successfully proven accusations of moral
turpitude or by simply shutting a department down. How did they get

But most if not all true colleges and universities are not-for-profit.
I remember Parsons College going for-profit and almost immediately
losing accreditation. I guess deVry is for-profit, but that's a
technical school, not a true university.
