Doyle;
I am a depressed person. That is really not personal. Because the bad effects are how society treats me. If it sounds like don't ask don't tell then it walks like a duck. Nor will I duck out when someone asks me if I am mentally disabled. That reveals bigotry out in the open. Pushes the debate to a higher level.

You can't talk about community media without grounding in all the disability issues that are not met by broadcast media. How does one really broadcast to the whole society? The dichotomy is not either or, but inclusive.
Doyle
