Obama Dogged By 'Bitter' Remarks

Sen. Barack Obama continues to be criticized after telling a San
Francisco crowd that people in economically depressed towns were
bitter about government and turned to religion and guns. What do you
think?

Taylor Barnes, Sales Representative: "He forgot to mention the
Sizzler. Poor people love that place."

Pete Crespin, Blackjack Dealer: "Joke's on them. The government
controls those things, too."

Artie Jefferson, Tour Guide: "Hillary knew a young, inexperienced
Obama would slip up sooner or later and be honest with people."

[to me, the only appalling thing about Obama's remark is the implicit
equation of religion and guns. We KNOW that guns are much more
important than any friggin' religion!]
