This is the sort of lamebrain logic which implies that as long as the CCP enjoys a monopoly on political power (which is not necessarily a terrible thing, but that's another issue), anything and everything that goes on within the territorial boundaries of the PRC can be warranted as "building socialism"... a Ferrari showroom in Shanghai, a peasant harvesting soybeans in Jilin, a young girl catching a cold and sneezing in Guangxi.
