I remember talking to Chomsky once years ago and
the subject of Daniel Patrick Moynihan came up (Moynihan
was, alas, still alive at the time, though that karmic anomaly
has since been corrected). Chomsky put his hands
behind his head, leaned back in his chair, got this odd dreamy
look on his face, and said, musingly, "Somebody really oughta do
a *job* on that guy."
