Sure. They would die over time as a left resurges in the U.S. They
are a flimsy tissue of lies that a mass movement would sweep away.
Like Jim Devine wrote earlier in this thread, that's the 64 billion
dollar question what is to be done.
As to the popular perceptions, what impact can you or I have on that?
We can observe the meaning that is applied to these media
manipulations and say I think a 'left' direction is happening in the
U.S. Not yet a 'movement' nor a long way off from a united left, but
a very positive development.
