Ricks is the Washington Post reporter who wrote "Fiasco". As the title
implies, it is about the war in Iraq. He posted numerous times during
the course of Bush's speech. His last entry is telling:

You and What Army?
Sen. Reed said that sticking around in Iraq for years endlessly isn't an
option. But it seems to me that the Democrats in Congress just listened
to General Petraeus describe how the troops are going to stay there for
years--and they didn't mount a strong or organized response or alternative.
