Jim,

There are a few anti-spyware programs generally
considered better than SpyBot these days.  If you'd
like I can provide some links.

Also, a good way to make sure you get the right
program is to search for it on Download.com which is
normally legit (as long as you make sure you've typed
the name correctly anyway).  Most security programs
can be found on Download.com.
