is Bill O'Reilly a "mind offender"?

It seems that Bill O'Reilly has a lot to do with this. He's been pushing the passage of "Jessica's Law," which would mandate a 25-year minimum sentence for first-time sex offenders. He's got a spot on virtually every night pushing the tough, mindless approach, and it seems to be working.
Bill's web page: <http://billoreilly.com/outragefunnels>. Yes, it says outragefunnels.
