The UN is so irrelevant that it is unable to pass even
a toothless resolution condemning the Israeli attacks
on Gaza and Lebanon since among other reasons the US
would veto any such resolution.(In fact it already has
vetoed a resolution re a ceasefire etc.)
In spite of this irrelevancy Bolton has nothing to
say about it. I guess that irrelevancy is good when it
suits US interests. When Bolton criticizes the UN for
being irrelevant it simply means that the UN is not
following US dictates.
