I get the feeling that Gibson is literally crazy, because he plays
crazy people so well. Now when he gave a graduation speech at LMU, he
did really well, so maybe he isn't. So who knows?
(I'm told that a lot of people with autism spectrum disorders go into
acting because it's easier to follow a script. I'm sure that's true
for some other mental or perceptual disorders.)
