This to my mind is the real divide. You can  compensate for  slow
connections in various  ways, but there is one hell of difference
between people with home acess and those without. The question I'd
like answered is what percentage of people of various races have  HOME
Internet access. I'd also like that information by income as a proxy
for class. (I understand income has little to do with the definition
of class, but it is  still an extremely useful marker, and a lot 
easier to cross index other information by than wealth.)
