If anyone can recommend a few works on the following topics it would be greatly appreciated:

A Marxist analysis of the economic crises of the late 19^th century (USA) that attempt to explain the crises as resulting from problems in the circulation of capital across space. In particular, I am looking for work that focuses on the role of the railroads in these periods of crises.
