That's funny, just the other day I was asked what
I was doing on another "socialist" list, because I
supposedly am not... Which was pretty hilarious
considering that the idea of making change that
positively affects anyone but the "self" is a foreign 
concept to most of the posters there.

In re the topic at hand:

My father, who used to teach comparative
religion & philosophy at UNC-A says furthermore, 
he probably set it up that way on purpose in an 
attempt to cause an uprising against the Romans.
