There has been a weird lag in appropriate responses concerning every aspect
of Katrina.  In the immediate aftermath of the storm, Billl Clinton was
waving his pompoms around as an enthusiastic cheerleader for Team Bush.
What happened?  Did the Spouse Who Would Be President force him to sleep on
the couch again?
