perhaps it is not a bad option to have handlers (for example, no point bringing down the current momentum with segues into zionist violence?).
one lesson we learned during the .com boom era was that the founders were almost always never the right people to grow the company past its initial success. (of course the suits who were hired were replacements were even less qualified, but thats another story).
