Re: one more pen-l option

Greetings Economists,
Michael's suggestion is how I use Pen-L. I recommend it as an option. The
flood of email is completely shut off. There are a number of refinements I
would like to see. The list of thread topics normally just gives the
subject line and an author in date order. A summary of the content seems
possible also. Also RSS notification of threads of interest would be nice.
check out:
http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.science.economics.progressive-economists
it has RSS, web interface, can be read via a USENET interface in email
apps like Thunderbird, and so on. right now posting is not allowed thru
GMANE to pen-l, but (note to Michael) i think we can get Lars to change
that of you want to allow it.
content summary is an interesting idea, but how to do that?????
