The group might be interested to know that the final award in the Methanex
Chapter Eleven case was issued this morning.  The Tribunal dismissed all the
claims against the United States on jurisdictional grounds and on the
merits.  The Tribunal also awarded the United States its costs and legal
fees in the amount of approximately $ 4 million.  

We hope to have the award posted to our website in the next day or so.  It
will be available at http://www.state.gov/s/l/c5818.htm
