apparently god has wanted baxley (a funeral director) to sponsor - in
addition to 'deadly force' bill - so-called schiavo bill, bill for
religious school attendance vouchers, bill to eliminate voter mandated
class size limits in public schools (which is amendment to state
constitution, therefore, can't be superseded by legislation, but hey),
horowitz 'academic freedom' bill, bill to take funeral home regulation
away from state agency that cited his business numerous violations (no
question about this guy's ethics), bill to exempt shooting ranges from
having to clean up lead residue on grounds that envronmental protection
is 'backhanded gun control'...
