More than 35 years ago the book _Black Like Me_ by John Howard Griffin
revealed to white folks the reality of the oppression of the black
population, especially in the South (as the author disguised himself
as a black man). So some young person should write a book titled
_Stiff Like Me_, about what it's like to be old.
(imagined while getting up this morning.)
