Sorry to waste tiny amounts of bandwidth, but I have
an econ term question -- I'm editing a translation of
an article on Kondratev, whom I know only as a Soviet
economist who did work on the business cycle (actually
I didn't even know that before this article). Anyway,
the translator has rendered "teoriya predvideniya
Kondrateva" as "Kondratev's theory of foresight,"
which is a literal translation but sounds weird in
English. Anybody know what he's talking about? Thanks! Spasibo!
