Woolsey was one of two people I saw interviewed one after the other
(James Baker was the second) on the morning of 9/11 before the towers
collapsed who said the attack was the result of the CIA being
hamstrung by rules that resulted from the Church Committee (i.e., no
more assassinations, less "humint".) I thought it strange they were
both reading from the same script, and so soon.

The newsman, Jennings, I think, didn't bother to ask about Woolsey's
own terrorism against American elders... he was under federal
scrutiny for fraud in his chain of convalescent homes at the time.
