A search on Chechen and "slave trade" turned up nothing on Lexis-Nexis.

Vor.ru, btw, is the "Voice of Russia", from whose website we learn the
following:

"THE VOICE OF RUSSIA" TODAY
The "Voice of Russia" is a state radio company that has been
broadcasting for foreign audiences since October 29, 1929. It is funded
by the federal government and has a chairman and an editorial board that
brings together chiefs of its broadcasting services.
