The people who live in the Caucasus are Russian
citizens, Yoshie -- Avars, Ossetians, Dargins, Ingush,
etc. (Note that the Ossetians are Christians, but that
doesn't keep them outside of this proposed caliphate.)

Speaking of the Ossetians, the Orthodox period of
morning is 40 days. Once that time is up, expect
massive Ossetian-Chechen-Ingush violence in the
Caucasus. They are wound up and they want blood.

If they succeed in building an Islamist state spanning
the Caucasus,
that will be bad for those who live in the Caucasus,
but that won't
be bad for the Russians at all.
