Oh, I see. No, he doesn't think that and I don't think
that. I think it may be the case with respect to this
particular group (b/c of their international makeup --
including ethnic Russians -- that they seemed to be
using the suicide belts for show since, they never got
used, and some other things). That is not the case in
all instances, certainly not in the Dubrovka seige.
