percent, I guess. Population patterns have also
changed since 1989.

You are very right about the American inability to
comprehend national differences in other parts of the
world, in my opinion. (They seem to think that Russia
is composed exclusively of Slavs, Jews and Chechens,
for one thing.) That said, that is my last post on an
already lengthy thread that has been monopolized by me.
