better. :) (He can spend his time denying that he is in a jail cell.) That
said, the main responsibility should be laid at the door of certain segments
of
the Soviet/Russian elite, in my view, in particularly the incredibly
short-sighted move of breaking up the Union to advance their political
careers
and ideological agendas.
