Hmm, I read Lawrence C. Stedman's review of *The Manufactured Crisis*
(TMC) when I posted this. I did not see Berliner and Biddle's
rejoinder in EPAA Vol. 4, which seems to counter most, if not all,
of Stedman's complaints.
However, I would still like some updated information, if that is
available --- TMC is almost 10 years old.
