Mr. President, we believe you are fully aware that the assassination and
abduction of civilians by the occupying forces is clearly prohibited by
international law and constitutes a war crime. We fail to see how your
administration, while condemning Saddam's Iraq, and North Korea as rogue
states, has chosen to behave like one by resorting to extra-judicial
killings, assassinations and abductions of the Iraqi resistance leaders and
supporters. We also understand that Israeli advisors are helping to train
American specialist forces in aggressive counter-insurgency operations in
Iraq , including the use of assassination squads against resistance leaders.
Israeli military 'consultants' have also visited Iraq.
