Negotiating Group on Rules Amb. Eduardo PÉREZ MOTTA (Mexico)
Special Session of the Council for Trade in Services Amb. Alejandro JARA (Chile)
Special Session of the Council for TRIPS Amb. Manzoor AHMAD (Pakistan)

Special Session of the Committee on Agriculture Amb. Tim GROSER (New Zealand)
Special Session of the Committee on Trade and Environment Amb. Toufiq ALI (Bangladesh)
Special Session of the Committee on Trade and Development Mr. Faizel ISMAIL (South Africa)
PS Note that no chairs for the Singapore issues working groups were appointed. This is because those
opposing these issues being on the WTO agenda insisted that the lack of consensus regarding the
post-Cancun mandate of these working groups militates against their continued operation. However,
outgoing General Council Chair Perez del Castillo mentioned that WTO Deputy Directory General Xerxa
would still be continuing his informal consultations with Members regarding Trade Facilitation.
