I certainly agree that the Electoral College is an outdated
institution and would add that it was a facade erected by aristocrats
to keep the commonfolk from having much say. But as to current race
it's off topic. Physically turning people away from voting booths is
not a secondary technical issue except, perhaps, to official
Democrats. I stand by my statement.
