     Presumably it is in press, and publishers like to put

next year on for a copyright starting pretty early in the

previous year.  This is so they can show how up to date

and ahead of things they are.  Although who knows, maybe

Doug's book won't actually be available until 2004.

     So, when will it really be available, Doug?  (BTW,

congrats anyway, clearly most of the work is now done...  ).
