It reminds me of the Japanese government going
after price fixing and big rigging in government
contracts--often at the request of the US
government. Meanwhile, the US government gets set
to give away hundreds of billions of dollars in
some of the biggest insider deals ever made:
defense, intelligence, homeland security,
homeland defense spending in the US.
