Thanks Ian,  It should suffice, although it would be nice to find one
that talks about maximizing profits.  This one just says, 'The Company
has been established to carry out entrepreneurial activities and to earn
profit in the interests of shareholders and employees of the Company.'
Let me know of one that talks about maximizing profits or increasing the
capital stock.  Brian
