I found JS's comments on the TRIPS provisions of the WTO rather
intriguing. It also seems more than one "mainstreamer" is starting
to see big problems with the BWI's:
On page 2 [ 127] of the following, Jagdish Bhagwati calls for the
removal of TRIPS from the WTO.
