Today in our antiquated UK system Tony Blair is to declare that the next Archbishop of Canterbury will be Rowan Williams.
Williams was savaged in a Wall Street Journal opinion piece last week -- which is certainly a point in his favor -- by, as I recall, the chaplain of the London Stock Exchange. That the LSE would have a chaplain isn't antiquated so much as timelessly funny.
