so I find that the copy of MS internet explorer on my computer regularly makes my PC freeze up (so that I have to not just reboot, but turn the damn thing off). But Netscape, which lacks this problem, won't allow me to erase parts of my bookmark list, i.e., those that refer to AOL (which owns Netscape) or to Real Player. I've been able to rename them, though, to "yuk."
