If by "every time I use my computer", you mean "every time I use my
browser", then the answer is to 1) use a browser that allows you to
deny or selectively accept cookies; 2) delete the cookie manually
after each use (or hire a clever programmer to write a script to
handle it for you); 3) edit the cookie file by hand and randomly
change the characters in it --- this will cause the host system that
produced the cookie to index your cookie either to another person, or
to a black hole.
If you mean something else, then I have no immediate answer.
