you economists should get hip with the scene and be like us computer
geeks: we have completely detached the process of creating and using
acronyms from underlying new theories and protocols. we can thus churn
out new stuff on a daily basis. on those days when we suffer from
writers block and our imagination isnt in good shape, we just add an "X"
to old ones, so we have things like XHTML. you can also try combining
random letters (capitalized) with a "2" inbetween them: B2B, P2P, and so
on. ;-)
